1 pound hamburger
cooking oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked white rice
1-2 cups chicken broth (adjust accordingly)
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 can liver pate

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in oil. Set aside.
Saute onion and garlic.
Add hamburger meat and liver pate.
Add rice and stir to coat.
Add broth, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
