2 CUPS OF ROTINI PASTA
3 T OLIVE OIL
1 LARGE RIPE TOMATOE
FRESH PARSLEY LEAVES
2 CLOVES GARLIC CHOPPED
1 SMALL CAN BLACK OLIVES
1 LARGE CAN TUNA 12 OZ
2 T CAPERS
BLACK PEPPER AND SALT TO TASTE
GARLIC GARLIC SEASONING
CUP PARMESAN CHEESE

Directions:
COOK PASTA ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS. MEANWHILE POUR OIL INTO A 3 QT OR LARGER
SERVINCG BOWL. CUT OMATOE INTO INCH SLICES AND PUT INTO BOWL. CHOP PARSLEY AND ADD TO BOWL, MINCE GARLIC AND ADD TO BOWL,DRAIN OLIVES AND CAPERS AND ADD TO BOWL. DRAIN TUNA AND FLAKE IT AND ADD TO BOWL. STIR WELL TO MIX AND ET ASIDE.
DRAIN PASTA AND ADD TO BOWL. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND SERVE. YOU CAN SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL CHEESE.
