16 ounces linguine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cups grated Romano cheese
1 cup basil pesto
1 pound shrimp
1/2 pound Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
3 Roma tomatoes, diced

Bring pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook pasta 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
Microwave shrimp for 3-4 minutes until just pink.
Heat olive oil with garlic and saute onions.
Dissolve flour in milk, then stir into skillet and simmer for 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Stir in pesto sauce.
Add mushrooms, tomatoes and cook for about 4 minutes.
Stir in shrimp last.
Toss with pasta until evenly coated.
