Directions:preheat oven to 350º spray two loaf pans with pam mix first three ingredients in different bowl mix the remaining ingredient, mashing up bananas with a fork now mix wet and dry just until all is moist divide in pans bake for about 40 minutes test with a broom straw at deepest point to check for doneness
I baste with butter while hot. Wait a few minutes and then pop out of the pan and place on a cooling rack. |

Notes: I first made this for Nonny when caring for her after she fell and broke both feet! (April 2018) She loved it so much that I made two more loaves when I returned two weeks later. Aunt Dolly says she may or may not have eaten the loaf in the freezer...It is truly delicious. The original recipe from Taste of Home called for 1 cup of sugar. I cut back to 3/4 cup the first time and 1/2 cup thereafter. I think next time I'll try with NO sugar! I butter the top as soon as it comes out of the oven.
