3 c sugar
1 c salad oil
4 eggs
3½ c sifted flour
3 c pumpkin, cooked or canned
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
⅔ c water
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and oil. Beat well, add eggs. Combine dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture alternately with water. Stir in pumpkin and nuts. Pour batter into 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done.
