1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder or onion powder, your choice
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste

½ c. crumbled bacon
½ c. finely chopped toasted pecans
2 T. chopped fresh chives (optional)

1 bag pretzel sticks

Directions:

Mix cheeses and seasoning until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate 1 hour. Combine bacon, nuts, and chives in a shallow dish. Remove cheese mixture from refrigerator and using a cookie scoop or melon baller, or a teaspoon and your hands; form cheese into balls, roll in bacon mixture, and stick onto a pretzel stick. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

You can certainly use your imagination with this. Cream cheese is the base so buy a top quality one. Then you can change up the flavor by switching the second cheese, flavoring, and/or coatings.
