1 lb bulk sausage
8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
4 eggs beaten
¾ c milk
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in a medium skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well, pour over sausage. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes.

Getting pulled by Uncle Gary on the Tractor on an inner tube was not only a favorite by his own children, but also the nieces and nephews. We would pray for snow on our yearly visits so that would would get a pull from good ol' Uncle Gary.
