1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids to the dry ingredients and beat until combined.

Makes 12 4” pancakes
