1 box frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 pound american cheese, cubed
1/4 pound swiss or brick cheese, cubed
4 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ounces of small curd cottage cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to directions. Drain well. Beat eggs, add spinach along with butter, flour, salt and pepper. Mix. Fold in cottage cheese and cubed cheeses. Spoon into a greased 9"x13" glass casserole. Bake for one hour @ 350.
