2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal- blended in a blender til fine powder.
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda

24 ounces chocolate chips
1- 8ounce Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar, grated
3 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream together butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla and combine.

In a medium bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Add flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture and combine.

Last, add the chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts and combine.

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375º.
