6 cups water
1 and 1/2 cups quick-cooking grits
3/4 cup butter
1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.
In pot, bring water to a boil.
Stir in grits, reduce heat and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Mix in butter, cheese, seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt.
Cook for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Cool slightly and fold in eggs.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake 1 hour until top is lightly browned.
