3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups shredded zucchini ( squeeze to remove some liquid)
3/4 cup sliced almonds

1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare muffin pans.

2. Shred and Squeeze the liquid from the zucchini to remove most of the liquid.

3. Combine all the ingredients together

4. Pour into prepared muffin pans

5. Bake for 30 minutes
