3 eggs beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter softened
2/3 c. old fashioned rolled oats
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 single unbaked pie shell
Ice cream optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until the pie is cooked through.

Serve warm with ice cream.
