1½ c. flour
¾ c. chopped pecans
1½ sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1¼ c. Cool Whip (+ 9 oz. Cool Whip topping)
3 small pkgs. Instant milk chocolate pudding mix
4 c. cold milk
½ c. pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and ¾ c. pecans together. Melt butter and pour over flour mixture. Mix well. Press into 9x13
inch baking dish. Bake at 350º until browned. Cool. Blend cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and 1¼
c. Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix instant pudding with 4 c. milk. Spread over third layer. Top with 9 oz. Cool Whip and garnish with chopped pecans. Store in refrigerator for 4 hour or overnight before serving. (Can use any flavor pudding.)
