Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
c. chopped pecans
1 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (+ 9 oz. Cool Whip topping)
3 small pkgs. Instant milk chocolate pudding mix
4 c. cold milk
c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and c. pecans together. Melt butter and pour over flour mixture. Mix well. Press into 9x13
inch baking dish. Bake at 350 until browned. Cool. Blend cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and 1
c. Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix instant pudding with 4 c. milk. Spread over third layer. Top with 9 oz. Cool Whip and garnish with chopped pecans. Store in refrigerator for 4 hour or overnight before serving. (Can use any flavor pudding.)
