2 cups of Granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups of flour
1Tbsp Cornstarch
3/4 cups of Cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda

2 eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine or vegetable Oil
1 cup milk
1 cup Hot water
2 tsp dark Vanilla ssence
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º f. Prepare pan by lining or grease and flour.

2. Combine all dry ingredients ( sugar, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt)

3. Combine all liquid ingredients ( eggs, oil, water, milk and essence)

4. mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with hand or using a mixer.

5. bake for 30-35 minutes or until screwer comes out clean or until cake leaves the side of the pan.
