1½ cup soft butter
1½ cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups of pre-sifted flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time and mix well
4. Sift flour and add a little at a time until all incorporated.
5. Add baking powder, a tsp at a time and mix well.
6. Next add the orange juice and vanilla essence
7. Mix thoroughly .
8. Grease and flour 10x10 in Bundt cake pan
9. Add the mixture to the Bundt pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
10 Bake the cake for about 50 - 55 mins.
11 To check if the cake is baked, insert a tooth pick in the center and if it comes out clean, it is ready to remove from the oven.
12. Cool for about and hour and turn the cake on a plate to serve.
