1 yellow pudding cake mix
1 egg
⅓ cup veg. oil

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
⅓ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, egg and oil; stir until crumbly. Remove 1 cup cake crumbs for topping. Press remaining mixture into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until fluffy. Spread over baked cake. Sprinkle with reserved cake crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes.
