4 lbs. meat - Ground Deer meat or mixture of sausage and deer
1/4 cup Morton's Tender Quick Salt
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together (I use my hands) make into rolls and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least over night. ( I usually leave it for 2 days.) Bake in slow oven on rack if possible at 225 for 4 hours.
