1 lb ground beef
c chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
cup 2% milk
2-4 c frozen Tater Tots
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a small skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup and milk. Transfer to a shallow 8 x 8 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with Tater Tots. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

(I will often build this into two layers if desired or keep it in one too, depends on my mood)
