7 LB Pork Loin
Salt and pepper - White pepper if you have it

Sauce
1 Cup Western Dressing
1 Cup Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap in foil tightly.
Bake at 250 for 7 hours

Sauce


Heat until sugar dissolves.

Remove pork from oven. Slice. Pour sauce over Loin. Recover and bake another hour at 250 degrees.
