2 cups graham flour
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sour milk
1/2 Tbs butter. melted

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the flour, sugar, salt and soda together.
Add milk gradually, then the egg and melted butter.
Fill greased muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes (at 350?)
