2 lb ground turkey
1 egg
1 box cornbread dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the box of dry dressing with the ground turkey. Beat the egg and add to the mixture. Form into loaves and place in meat loaf pans. Cook in preheated 350 oven for 50 min. Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of ketchup on top. Replace in oven for another 10 min until brown.

This is a quick meatloaf and very easy to make. Lighter than ground beef meatloaf and a little drier, so you may want to add more ketchup. Flavorful.
