Bottom:
Graham Wafer Biscuits

Middle:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Butter
½ cup Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup Graham Crumbs
1 cup Coconut

Icing:
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Flour

½ cup Shortening
½ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place graham wafer biscuits in long pan to line bottom.

Middle:
1. Put first four ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Mix next three ingredients and add to first mixture.
3. Pour mixture over biscuits.
4. Add another layer of biscuits to the top of the mixture.

Icing:
1. Blend together milk and flour and cook on low heat, slowly while stirring all the time until thick. Let cool.
2. Beat above first three ingredients until fluffy.
3. Add cooled flour/milk mixture and beat until creamy.
4. Add vanilla and beat well.
5. Cover biscuits with icing and refrigerate.
