1 cup Butter
1 ½ cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 20 ounce can Sliced Peaches (drained)
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Raisins
1 ½ cups Cherries
1 cup Coconut
2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar then add eggs one at a time, beating after each one is added.
2. Add peaches.
3. Beat in sifted dry ingredients gradually.
4. Lastly, fold in remaining fruit and flavouring.
5. Bake at 275 degrees for approximately 3 hours in tube pan.
