1 lb lean ground beef
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
1 (15oz) can chili beans, undrained
1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (10oz) can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
16 oz Velveeta, cubed

Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef....throw everything in cook on low until cheese is melted....serve with tortilla chips...keep warm.
