2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter
1 cup water
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ tsp salt

ICING:
½ cup butter
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
6 Tbsp milk
1 lb powdered sugar (~ 3 ½ - 4 cups)
1 tsp vanilla
⅛ cup peanut butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the eggs, baking soda, buttermilk, vanilla and cinnamon in a large bowl and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the water and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil.
In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt. Pour the boiling chocolate mixture over the flour mixture.
Mix the egg mixture with the flour mixture and pour into a greased & floured sheet pan.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

For the icing, heat the butter, cocoa powder and milk until the butter is melted. Remove from the heat and add peanut butter (if desired), powdered sugar and vanilla.
Frost the cake while it is hot out of the oven.
