1 box of acine de pepe pasta
2 cans mandarin oranges,
drained
1 can pineapple tidbits,
drained, reserve juice
1 can crushed pineapple,
drained, reserve juice

1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 large tub Cool Whip
Dressing ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Cook acine de pepe pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water. Set aside. For dressing, boil pineapple juice and sugar; remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add in flour and egg yolks, one at a time whisking well after each addition, return to heat and bring to boil. Cook for 3 minutes until thick. Combine dressing with the pasta and allow to marinate overnight. Before serving add oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and whipped topping. Stir well.
