Chicken Pieces
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Roasted Garlic Seasoning Salt
2 Teaspoons Mclhelmy Co. Tabasco Pepper Sauce
1/2 Cup Milk or Buttermilk
1 Cup Flour (add 1\2 Teaspoon of Lawry and Black Pepper)
4 - 6 Cups Cooking Oil

Season all chicken pieces with all ingredients except flour and oil. Place chicken pieces into plastic zip top bag for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Beat cooking oil to 350 degrees in a skillet. Remove chicken from liquid and coat chicken pieces in too I put chicken about three pieces at a time in a brown paper bag and shake.). Add a couple of pieces at a time to oil and cry until done.
