1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 c. salsa
1 c. sour cream
2 T. Italian salad dressing
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (10 count) flour tortillas
1 packet taco seasoning
Top with shredded lettuce, dices tomatoes, sour cream, additional salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, with onion, in a medium skillet until done. Drain off grease. Add taco seasoning and cook as directed on packet. Stir in corn, beans, salsa, sour cream, and Italian dressing. Heat until hot. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Put a layer of tortillas in the baking dish. Top with beef and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Cover tightly with foil Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa as desired.
