2 T FRESH HORSERADISH
1 T PLUS 1 TSP DIJON MUSTARD
1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
SALT ¼ TSP
GARLIC GARLIC TO TASTE
DASH OF HOT SAUCE
