Ingredients:  
4 cups cooked and chopped chicken
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
2 pimiento chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups celery chopped
4 boiled eggs chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour in large casserole dish or 9x13 greased pan. Top with an additional cup cheese and potato chips crushed. Let stay in refrigerator overnight and bake next day. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
