4 eggs
tsp salt
I cup milk
tsp vanilla
8 slices texas bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Melt butter on griddle. Dip texas toast into mixture and cook on griddle, flipping each side.

Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar or powdered sugar. Serve with syrup
