1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1 - 15 oz. can of dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. prepared salsa
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef, onion and garlic until beef crumbles and juices are no longer pink. Drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes.
