1 box (16 oz) elbow macaroni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1¾ sour cream
1¾ milk
2 eggs
Sharp cheddar cheese
Colby Jack cheese
Marble Jack cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
½ stick butter
1 c. Panko breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Boil noodles for 6-7 minutes, adding a tbsp. of oil to keep noodles from sticking together. Rinse with cold water.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt and pepper until there are no lumps. Pour over noodles, add cheeses and mix well. If too dry, add a splash of milk. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 baking pan.

Melt butter and mix with Panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle on top of noodles and bake for 1 hour.
