1 c. butter (shortening)
1 ⅔ c. sugar
4 egg whites
1 c. sour milk
2 rounded tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
2 c. bananas (5)
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add soda to sour milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Then add flour and nuts. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes for large loaves (3) or 30 minutes for small loaves (5).
