2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 1/4 cup beef broth
2/3 cup water
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter
Add broth and water, bring to a boil.
Place rice in a buttered casserole.
Pour in broth mixture over the rice.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
Stir a few times, especially near the end. If getting dry add small amounts of water.
Sprinkle with almonds, serve.
