3 pounds chopped cabbage
1 large onion chopped
1 large bell pepper chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
Combine
2 Tablespoon mustard
1 cup sugar
½ oil
1 Tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
After cutting up cabbage, onion, and bell pepper, mix with one tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
Boil 3 minutes: mustard, 1 cup sugar, oil, celery seed, salt, and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and serve after 24 hours.
