cup butter flavor Crisco
1 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
1 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup all purpose flour
teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon salt
teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven 375. Lightly grease baking sheet. Combine butter crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until blended. Combine oats, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix into creamed mixture. Fold in raisins and walnuts. Drop by Tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on rack 2 minutes.
