1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 (4 ounce) mahi mahi fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in pan over medium high heat.
Stir maple syrup, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Brush mixture over mahi mahi fillets.
Cook fillets until fish flakes easily with a fork, 3-5 minutes on each side.
