1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons fines herbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven broiler and set rack 6 inches from heat.
Line baking pan with non-stick aluminum foil.
Cook garlic in olive oil and add butter.
Remove from heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, wine, pepper, garlic salt and fines herbs.
Place salmon fillets on pan and spoon about a third of butter sauce over fillets.
Sprinkle with fresh dill.
Broil for 3 minutes.
Baste with butter sauce and broil 2 minutes.
Spoon on more butter sauce and broil 2-3 more minutes.
