2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all spices together in a small bowl.
Brush salmon fillets on both sides with butter.
Sprinkle spice mix over salmon.
Drizzle remaining butter over fillets.
In heavy skillet, cook salmon until blackened for 2-5 minutes.
Turn fillets, drizzle with more butter and continue to blacken.
