3 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking Powder
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups mashed ripened bananas (about 3 bananas)
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar
5 large eggs
1/4 cup water
3/4 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 3 (8x4 inch) loaf pans.
In a bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
In a bowl combine banana mash, canola oil and sugar.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl and then add, one at a time.
Add water.
Blend on medium speed, until smooth.
Stir in the flour mixture by hand.
Then add nuts.
Divide the batter between your three prepared loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden.
