¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup real sour cream
2 T whole-grain mustard
1 egg
2 lbs lump crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and egg until well combined. Gently fold in crabmeat.
Form small cakes [about 1 inch thick and a half-dollar in diameter].
Bake 15 minutes, then place under broiler 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Let cool 5 to 10 minutes.
