"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I was having company and very busy, so my maid (for 50+ years) made one of these cakes and brought it to me. Even though I knew the recipe shad used was "Plum Easy" Cake with a ply on the word Plum, she insisted it was "Easy Plum" Cake!
