4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave shrimp for 2-3 minutes until just pink and tender.
Stir together in bowl water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, red pepper flakes and ginger.
Heat oil in skillet and stir fry green onions and garlic.
Stir in shrimp and toss to coat.
Stir in sauce and cook until just thickened.
