4 c, cooked cut-up chicken
2 T. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 t. salt
1/2 t. monosodiun glutattate
2 c, chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 t. onion, finely minced
3 canned pimentoes, cut finely
1-1/2 c, crushed potato chips
1 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. toasted almonds, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potato chips, cheese, and almonds. Place in a large rectangular dlsh, Top with cheese, potato chips, and almonds, Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, Serves 8 to 10 or makes a good party casserole.
