3 pounds raw shrimp in shells
1 stick butter
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 and 1/2 cups Italian dressing
2 and 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Crusty French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Wash shrimp and remove heads, but leave in shells. Drain.
Melt butter and add lemon juice, lemon rind, Italian dressing and black pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and cook until just tender.
Serve with crusty French bread.
Ladle shrimp into bowls with plenty of sauce for soppin' the bread in.
