2 cans creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn; drained
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk (whole or ff)
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º greased rectangular baking dish


Mix all ingredients really well and pour into a greased rectangular baking dish. Bake at 350º for 1 to 1½ hours. Corn will be done when slightly brown and set in the center.

***if you wish to double this recipe, add only 1 more egg and make the flour measure ⅓ cup.

I honestly don't follow a recipe for this but have made it now for over 40 years. It is the one recipe that I'm always asked to give out. Makes a wonderful side for all occasions.
