cup olive oil
cup balsamic vinegar
cup soy sauce

⅛ cup lemon juice
cup brown sugar
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
6 large chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in large bowl and whisk together. Remove half a cup of marinade to use for basting later. Place chicken in a large Ziploc bag and pour marinade over the top. Close securely and marinate 4 to 24 hours.

Grill chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. Let rest at least 5 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you bring the reserved marinade up to a boil and let simmer until slightly reduced, it makes a sauce to go on top of the chicken.
