1 MED RED ONION THINLY SLICED
½ CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
½ CHOPPED SWEET RED PEPPER
½ CUP SLICED PIMENTO STUFFED OLIVE
½ WHITE WINE VINEGAR
½ CUP CANOLA OIL
½ CUP SUGAR
2 TSP DIJON MUSTARD
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CELERY SEED
1 TSP MUSTARD

NOTE: CAN USE SLAW MIX IN A BAG..

COMBINE CABBAGE ONION PEPPERS AND OLIVES. IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN,
MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS; BRING TO A BOIL. POUR OVER VEGETABLES ND STIR GENTLY.
COVER AND REFRIGRATE OVERNIGHT. MIX WELL BEFORE SERVING.
